HISTORY

On January 5, 1997 Executive Producers Evette J. Stark and Marvin E. Gardens, began to develop "Z - The Masked Musical" of Zorro, and "Get Z'd" Productions was born. Through a series of staged readings with the assistance's of Rick Sordelet, one of Broadway's premiere stage fight directors, the show took its first step on March 3, 1997 at the Producers Club, (in a 99 seat theater) on 44th Street in the heart of the Times Square Theater district. Staged readings, concert presentations at the Lambs Theatre, NYC (April & May 1997) and demo tapes lead to our "Z - The Masked Musical Celebrity Concept CD. Now on February 24, 2000 in association with A.C.E. Productions (in a 1,000 seat theatre) they will present the world premier of "Z - The Masked Musical" of Zorro. In addition to the Premier they are currently in production for a second Celebrity CD with the full theatrical score.
